I purchase distressed real estate, renovate, and resell for profit (rehabbing) and I also assign purchase contracts for some of my deals (wholesaling).

I can provide professional real estate services for buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

Buyers like to work with me because I am knowledgeable and comfortable with various strategies required by investors to put together a great deal. I put my expertise as an investor to help buyers find great real estate deals in Atlanta.

Nonprofit Work

Before becoming a full time real estate investor, I worked for several non-profit organizations. I did missionary work focused on community development in Afghanistan and refugee resettlement in Pakistan, India, and the USA.

I have also taught theology and comparative religion classes focused on Islam and Christianity.

You can catch me playing poker in North Metro Atlanta on my time off. Or I might be spending time with my family and our dog named Ginger.
